From Disposable Tags to Connected Safety Infrastructure

Traditional lockout/tagout programs often rely on paper tags, handwritten forms, and manual supervisor follow-up. LOCKOUT ID turns each lockout point into part of a reusable connected infrastructure layer, giving organizations better visibility, accountability, and audit readiness across maintenance operations.

  • Reusable smart lockout identifiers
  • Cloud-connected worker profiles
  • Real-time lockout status visibility
  • Supervisor dashboards
  • Shift duration monitoring
  • Digital audit history
  • Clearer communication during maintenance
  • Reduced dependency on disposable paperwork

LOCKOUT ID Alerts

LOCKOUT ID Alerts helps supervisors identify extended maintenance activity before it becomes a blind spot. When compatible Gen2/Gen3 NFC tags remain in an active shift status longer than the configured maximum allowable shift, LOCKOUT ID can notify designated supervisors by email and/or phone.

  • Supervisor-defined maximum allowable shift duration
  • Real-time alerting for extended active lockouts
  • Email and phone notification support
  • Single-tag and multi-tag alert summaries
  • Snooze or dismiss alerts from the dashboard
  • Dismissed alerts retrigger only after a new shift cycle
  • Snoozed alerts may retrigger if the condition continues
  • Compatible with Gen2/Gen3 NFC tags
  • Requires workers to tap in and tap out of shift
Important: LOCKOUT ID Alerts is optional and not enabled by default. Alerts require compatible Gen2/Gen3 NFC tags and accurate worker tap-in/tap-out behavior.
