Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LOCKOUT ID Smart LOTO Tag System operated by Northern Power and Safety Solutions, LLC ("NPSS," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee availability. LOCKOUT ID services may experience disruptions, maintenance periods, or other interruptions. We strive to maintain high service levels but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

Service Disruptions and Maintenance

In the event of service disruptions or scheduled maintenance:

• We will provide reasonable notice when possible
• You may request to be added to our mailing list for updates
• We will work to restore services as quickly as possible

Billing and Payment

Annual Invoicing: You will be invoiced annually for access to the LOCKOUT ID system. The invoice amount is based on your total tag count.

• Billing occurs on an annual basis
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Access may be suspended for non-payment
• Tag count is determined by active tags in your system

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary code or technology
• System Abuse: Abuse, misuse, or attempt to compromise the LOCKOUT ID system
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Data Manipulation: Attempt to manipulate, corrupt, or interfere with system data

Intellectual Property

LOCKOUT ID and all associated technology, software, and content are the exclusive property of Northern Power and Safety Solutions, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

NPSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the LOCKOUT ID system, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or system failures.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to LOCKOUT ID at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
